Shipping policy
【 Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan 】
Dispatch Time
Under normal circumstances, orders will be dispatched as early as the next day after payment is placed. If the following day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, dispatch will be postponed to the next working day.
Customers in Taiwan should note that, as real-name authentication has been implemented for all personal import shipments into Taiwan, customers must place orders using their real Chinese name and provide a valid Taiwan phone number and ID number. After the parcel has been dispatched, customers must also download the “EZ WAY” real-name authentication app on their mobile phone and complete registration before receiving the shipment. Shipping Method
Once the goods have been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email. Parcels will be delivered by SF Express, and delivery time slots are not available. In general, delivery will be made on the same day or the next day after dispatch. Please note that additional delivery time may be required for the following regions or dates:
- Remote areas in Hong Kong, outlying islands (such as Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau), Ma Wan, Lantau Island, and restricted airport areas.
- Macau and Taiwan
- Public holidays and festive periods (such as Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, and Christmas) may have limited delivery service, and delivery times may be delayed.
Shipping Fee Calculation
For Hong Kong and Macau, free shipping is available on orders of HKD500 or above, or the equivalent amount in other currencies. For orders below HKD500, a shipping fee of HKD30 will apply. Customers may also choose “Shipping Fee on Delivery” and pay the shipping charge directly to SF Express upon collection. For Taiwan, shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the goods. Dispatch Time
After you place an order, we require approximately 1–3 working days to prepare the goods, customs declaration documents, and shipping arrangements. Thank you for your patience. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we will immediately notify you by email with the tracking number so that you can follow the delivery progress at any time.
Shipping Method
All goods are shipped by air mail to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible. Delivery time varies by destination country:
Southeast Asia: 4–9 working days
Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 working days
United Kingdom and Europe: 7–14 working days
United States and Canada: 7–14 working days
About Free Shipping
At present, for Australia, the United Kingdom, and many countries in Europe, the prices of all products already include air shipping charges. However, customers must select the correct country and currency first in order to display the corresponding product prices. For all other regions, shipping fees are currently calculated based on the weight of the goods.
