How to Return
Under normal circumstances, returns are not accepted.
Exceptions may only be made under specific circumstances where both parties have agreed in advance after discussion with our customer service team. Please note that any returned item must be in brand new condition and in its complete original packaging, including the product itself, accessories, packaging, manufacturer’s carton, all accompanying documents or materials, and any complimentary gifts. Otherwise, we regret that the return request will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
All returns and order cancellations are subject to a handling fee of 20% of the product value. Returned goods must be sent back at the customer’s own expense to the address below. After the item has been received and inspected, the refunded amount, after deduction of the handling fee, will be returned to the customer within 14 days.

How to Exchange
If the product itself is defective, or if a defect has occurred during transit, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and arrange for an exchange at the designated distributor’s address. Exchange requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Once a product has been used or opened, exchange will not be accepted. If any issue with the product itself is found after opening, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible within the 7-day inspection period for further arrangement. (Please make sure to keep the receipt enclosed with the parcel.)
